My Service Fees

Corporate Travel

Initial consultations

$100 per hour

The first consultation, will be an in depth meeting to draw up a mutual contract based on the requirements of your company.
We will explore current contracts if applicable and mutually agree on a plan going forward that will ultimately result in saving you time and money.

Domestic Travel

$50 per booking

Last minute amendments to bookings will incur a $20 amendment fee.  In the event airlines, hotels, car hire etc charge extra fees for amending these will be additional.

The above fee includes all travel components.  One set fee for each booking.

International Travel

$200 per booking

Last minute amendments will incur a $50 amendment fee. In the event airlines, hotels, car hire etc charge extra fees for amending, these will be additional.

Cancellation Fee's 

Domestic $50 Per Person

International $200 Per Person

The cancellation fee's above, are my fee's for acting on your behalf. This covers the administration work needed after the cancellation of your booking. There may be additional fee's from airlines, hotels, cruise lines etc.  All fee's will be advised at the time of booking.  Always purchase travel insurance that cover cancellation fee's.
